If the widget doesn't work as described, email info@akampuzzle.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt number and what went wrong. We'll try to fix it first — and if we can't, you get a full refund.
The widget is a digital download, delivered instantly and impossible to return. By purchasing you agree to immediate delivery, and change-of-mind refunds are not available once you have downloaded the file. If you haven't downloaded it yet, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record for our sales, back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically a few business days. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have where you live.
Your download link stops working once the refund is processed. Anything you've already downloaded is yours to delete.
If you bought the widget on a marketplace (for example CodeCanyon), that marketplace's own refund process applies — start there, and email us if you get stuck.
