If the widget doesn't work as described, email info@akampuzzle.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt number and what went wrong. We'll try to fix it first — and if we can't, you get a full refund.
The widget is a digital download, delivered instantly and impossible to return. By purchasing you agree to immediate delivery, and change-of-mind refunds are not available once you have downloaded the file. If you haven't downloaded it yet, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you.
The game is sold through itch.io, which is the merchant of record for our sales and handles refunds under its own refund policy. Request a refund through itch.io, or write to info@akampuzzle.com and we will help. Processing time depends on your payment provider, typically a few business days. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have where you live.
Your download link stops working once the refund is processed. Anything you've already downloaded is yours to delete.
If you bought the widget on a marketplace (for example CodeCanyon), that marketplace's own refund process applies — start there, and email us if you get stuck.
